The Galaxy S6 won’t be released until April, but you may be able to try one for yourself as soon as next Friday. Best Buy is reportedly set to show off its display units starting on March 27, at least that’s what a Samsung representative allegedly told one Reddit user this week.
If the rumor turns out to be true, you’ll be able to get your hands on the Galaxy S6 next week and even pre-order the device in-store. Best Buy will reportedly offer the new phone on AT&T, Verizon and Sprint. You’ll also apparently get “a free device,” which is likely a wireless charging pad or some other Galaxy S6 accessory.
The Galaxy S6 is set to launch globally on April 10, though one rumor suggested it may not be available in the U.S. until one day after that. As for the Galaxy S6 Edge, we’re still expecting the curved-screen phone to hit stores at the same time as its flagship brother, but it’s unclear when the first demo units will arrive at Best Buy.
