The LG G4c is expected to arrive later this month, offering a budget-friendly alternative to the company’s latest flagship phone. Now a new leak may reveal a whole lot more about the upcoming Android handset.
The leak comes from an online German retailer, which lists the device as out of stock with a price of just 297.50 euros (the flagship G4 is expected to cost at least 650 euros off-contract). The G4c’s design looks pretty similar to its bigger brother, though it’s missing a few of the sensors found on back of the more expensive model.) It still boasts a slight curve, along with power and volume buttons on the back.
As for the specs, the LG G4c appears be a decidedly midrange device. It allegedly comes equipped with a 5-inch 720p display, a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, an 8-megapixel rear camera with a single LED flash, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, a 2540mAh battery, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of expandable storage. It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Rumor has it LG will unveil the G4c on May 12, though we’re not expecting a big show to announce this budget-friendly phone. For now we’re still treating all these rumors with suspicion, but it shouldn’t be long before we get an official look at the new device.
