Apple on Tuesday released the fourth beta version of OS X Yosemite 10.10.4. It’s the very latest version of Apple’s operating system, though the company hasn’t spent much time detailing what we can expect from it.
Instead, most of the changelogs have simply said that it includes performance enhancements, bug fixes, enhanced support for Arabic, and focuses on Photos and Migration. Photos, however, was the main change in Apple’s latest public release, OS X Yosemite 10.10.3, when the app replaced Apple’s Aperture software, so any changes in OS X 10.10.4 are more than likely just small tweaks.
In its WWDC 2015 invite, Apple promised to discuss the “future of iOS and OS X,” so that’s where we expect to hear more on the future of OS X. If you’re a developer, however, you should be able to update to OS X 10.10.5 beta 4 now.
