Last week we got a first look at the Oppo R7 Plus. Now, it looks like the device may have leaked on benchmarking site GFXBench, offering a full rundown of the upcoming phablet.
The rumored smartphone apparently features a 5.9-inch 1080p display, an octa-core MediaTek processor clocked at 1.9GHz, a 7-megapixel rear camera and another 7-megapixel camera up front. The Oppo R7 Plus also packs 2.7GB of RAM (probably 3GB officially), and 26GB of storage (probably 32GB total). It runs Android 5.0 Lollipop, likely with some of Oppo’s own software as well.
Based on recent leaks we’re expecting some sort of fingerprint scanner on the back of the device. It should also include a pretty big battery and a beautiful edge-to-edge display.
Oppo is expected to unveil the R7 Plus and the standard R7 at an event later this month. The flagship Android phone will apparently cost under $500, though it’s likely the plus-sized version will be a bit more expensive.
