The LG G4 is an impressive new smartphone, but at 5.5-inches across it’s more than a handful. If you’re looking for something a little easier to hold it may be worth waiting for the LG G4 Mini that leaked on Wednesday.
The rumored device surfaced in a list of handsets coming to Vodafone in Hungary, which was spotted by local tech blog Tech2. The new phone, which previously leaked as the LG G4c, apparently sports a smaller 5-inch 720p display and a Snapdragon 615 processor. That’s a pretty big step down from the cutting edge 5.5-inch Quad HD display and the Snapdragon 808 chip powering the flagship G4, but it’s par for the course for the miniature version of LG’s flagships. LG typically launches smaller versions with watered-down specs, but more affordable prices for folks who still want some, but not all, of the unique features of the larger flagship.
Rumor has it the device could be unveiled as soon as next month, so hopefully we’ll get an official look at the G4 Mini soon.
