Microsoft has added yet another budget Lumia smartphone to its ranks, and it is its most affordable smartphone so far. The Lumia 430 is a dual-SIM device with a 4-inch display, and it goes on sale next month priced at just $70.
Aimed at emerging markets, the Lumia 430 is designed to deliver Windows Phone on a tight budget. It’s as colorful as any other Lumia device, and it comes with Microsoft Office pre-installed for those who need to get stuff done on the go.
The Lumia 430 is equipped with a 4-inch display with an 800×480 resolution, a dual-core Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.2GHz, 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal storage. It also has a microSD card slot, and owners can get up to 30GB of free OneDrive storage.
On the back of the Lumia 430 you’ll find a 2-megapixel camera, coupled with a VGA sensor on the front for video calling. The two SIM card slots inside the device mean you can use two numbers simultaneously to juggle personal and professional life with just one device.
The Lumia 430 weighs just 127.9 grams, and measures 120.5 x 63.19 x 10.63mm. It will make its debut in April in markets throughout the Middle East and Africa, the Asia Pacific, and Europe, priced at around $70 before taxes and subsidies.
